1. Why do I only see the prices of some items when I access the site?

Our site is mainly divided into 2 categories of products depending on the type of customer they are designed for: the Hobby section contains items sold in convenient pouches containing limited quantities and are conceived for haberdashers (with display cases) or private arts & crafts lovers. All items in this section always show the price no matter what type of user is looking. All other products are supplied in wholesale packages and you must log in to view the prices and galvanizations.

2. I can’t log-in.

To view the prices of some of the products and to complete an order, you must be a registered user. The first time, just click on Register and fill in the fields in the form, provide authorization for the handling of personal information and request access. You will shortly receive an e-mail communicating the username you selected during registration and the password that our server has automatically generated and associated with your username. Use your username and password whenever you log in.

3. I can’t access the customer area with my usual specs.

The data supplied following the registration phase are valid for 6 months from the last log-in: most likely it has been more than 6 months since the last time you logged in and thus your account has been deactivated. Send an e-mail to login@puntoaccessori. com indicating your problem and we will reinstate you as quickly as possible.

4. Some of the information I provided when I registered are wrong or have changed. Can I modify them?

From the home page select Customer Area/Retailers, log in and you can view and modify all of the main information on your personal account.

5. Why should I register to receive the newsletter?

Enrolling to receive the newsletter ensures that you will constantly receive all the news you are interested in directly at your e-mail address: you will be informed of anything new that occurs in the field, the new trends and products, the special offers and particular discounts for registered users, and the dates and locations of the main fairs where Punto Accessori will be presenting its wares.

6. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is quite simple. Just follow the steps as they appear on the site: once you have logged in, select the item you wish to purchase, enter the quantity and the galvanization, if desired, and then click on the shopping cart icon to confirm. Confirming the entry calls up a summary of all items in your shopping cart, check that they are correct, and then continue the shopping procedure. The subsequent step involves delivery. The goods can be shipped free port (with our courier and charged in the invoice) or carriage forward (enter the name and any subscription number for your courier). It is also possible to modify the address to enter a destination other than your own address. After confirmation, just select a method of payment and confirm the final screen.

7. Is a minimum amount required for an order to be confirmed?

Yes, the minimum order is set at € 40,00 for Hobby section and € 50,00 for all the other parts.

8. How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for free port shipments are calculated for packages weighing up to 10 Kg for destinations within Italy and 6 Kg elsewhere. The amount is indicated in the Delivery step, when confirming the order. If the goods are too bulky, exceeding the weight limits indicated above, or if any of their characteristics do not fall within standard shipping requirements, you will be contacted and notified of the modifications.

9. Can I apply discounts or promotions on quantity purchases?

Certainly. You can purchase the individual items present in the Promotional Offers section which are highly discounted, up to 50%. These discounts are available for a limited time only and the deadline is indicated in the product sheet.

It is also possible to obtain substantial discounts for the purchase of large quantities of items in certain categories:

Amounts of more than € 150 - discount 10 %

Amounts of more than € 250 - discount 15 %

Amounts of more than € 400 - discount 20 %

Amounts of more than € 500 - discount 25 %

Amounts of more than € 600 - discount 30 %

Glue section

Amounts of more than € 300 - discount 10 %

Amounts of more than € 700 - discount 15 %

10. What forms of payment are possible?

Punto Accessori offers the following types of payment:

1. Bank transfer: must be made within 3 (three) working days of date on which the order is placed; the bank coordinates will be provided in your order confirmation. After 3 days, the order is deemed null and void. When making bank payment, always indicate the order number.

The order will be deemed valid and will be forwarded for preparation only after the amount has been credited to the recipient account. The bank indicates that this generally takes 5-7 working days.

2. Credit card: all credit cards belonging to the Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Aura, Amex, JCB and America Express circuits are accepted. Transactions are made on a centralized Visa server running VbV SCM Verified by Visa security.

3. Cash on delivery (C. O. D.): this method of payment is available only for delivery in Italy.

11. Are credit card payments safe?

The risks are practically non-existent. The credit card information (number and expiration date) do not remain on our site but are encrypted and sent directly to the Secure Server (SSL) of the Banca delle Marche Verified by Visa (SecureCode MasterCard). The server runs verification of the credit card number in a manner that is automated and never viewed by human eyes. We also have deferred transaction function: the server confirms authenticity of your Credit Card, effectively authorizing the operation but the amount to be charged is only confirmed at the moment the goods are shipped (within 10 days).

12. What happens if an item that has been ordered is partially or totally unavailable at the moment?

First of all, the customer is immediately contacted, notified that the item is out of stock and how long it will be before it is available again. What happens then depends on the means of payment selected: if a credit card payment was selected, using the deferred transaction function it is possible to decide to ship only the goods available (charging the credit card only for those items that are shipped) and then choose whether to cancel the order for the missing items or to wait until new stock is available to complete the shipment.

If, instead, a bank transfer, was selected, Punto Accessori pledges to ship all goods available and to bear the shipping costs for the second shipment with the remaining goods as soon as they arrive at the warehouse.

13. If I am already a Punto Accessori customer, can I use the e-commerce service?

Certainly, register following the normal registration procedure and select the “already a customer” option. Punto Accessori will evaluate your request to access the e-commerce service and if you are confirmed as prior customer, you will automatically skip the Payment section and simply confirm your purchase. The operation will be completed applying the same business terms and method of payment you have always used.
