The prices of all products sold on the web site www.puntoaccessori.com are given in Euro (€) and do not include VAT and shipping costs. Punto Accessori srl always issues a valid hard-copy invoice and it travels with the goods, unless the customer has indicated that the document is to be sent to a different address. With the sole exception of the articles in the “Hobby” section, all the other products are indicated with a minimum package for purchase and its price. Nevertheless, it is possible to purchase a “half package” although the price is somewhat higher price; this price, too, is indicated.
In reference to the metal products, unless indicated otherwise, the item is to be considered raw (except those in the “Hobby” section). It is possible to receive goods that have been dipped in a galvanization bath although this does require longer times and an increase in price. The list of galvanization treatments is found in a special section and the price is per kilogram. The weight of the item, in grams, is found in the product data sheet and galvanization refers to 100 pieces of the item for findings and small parts, 1 meter for chains.
Galvanization treatments can only be performed on the standard minimum package.
In reference to all the items made of natural material (shell,wood,horn,bone,etc..) is not possibile to guarantee the perfect correspondece in colour,shape and quality because it is extremely connected to nature availability.
The minimum purchase for all tha sections except for Hobby, is set at Euro 50,00
This special section offers a wide range of items for arts & crafts lovers, haberdashers and do-it-yourselfers. These are basically items that serve as the base for the production of accessories and costume jewelry. These items can be purchased pre-treated in various galvanized colors and packaged in practical units bearing our Logo and containing small quantities suited for private use or for group arts & crafts. In addition, for commercial use of such pre-packaged products, vertical plasticized metal display cases are available for the pouches and counter-top display cases for the chains, installed on plastic spools.
The minimum purchase only in this section is set at Euro 40.00.
The products present on the site are offered within the limits availability. The indications of product availability come from our suppliers and are indicated at the moment the order is placed. Any type of error or exceptional modification to said availability are beyond our control and Punto Accessori srl cannot be held responsible for them in any way. If the product is not available, the customer will be notified of the time required for the goods to come in.
If only some of the products ordered are out of stock, Punto Accessori srl pledges to immediately ship the goods in stock and to bear the costs for delivery of the remaining, back-ordered items.
To place an order on www.puntoaccessori.com just click on the individual items present in the catalogue and add them to your “shopping cart”. When the process has been completed, the order confirmation process ensues and you are asked to indicate the method of payment. Important: if you have not registered, you can navigate the site and fully view the “Hobby” section while the remainder of the site will not show the price list. To use the site as a whole, you must fill in the mandatory fields in the registration form and obtain your user name and password which are to be used when making purchases. The user id and password to access on our site have a time expiration of six months after that you have to ask us the re-activaction.
Nevertheless, Punto Accessori srl reserves the right to check the supplier data, obtain additional information and accept or reject the request for registration on the site.
When confirming the order, the Customer is prompted to select one of the following modes of payment for the products and shipping costs:
- Credit Card or PayPal: Paying for your purchase on-line is simple and safe because Punto Accessori srl has selected the most reliable partners to guarantee secure transactions. The credit card data are directly transmitted to the bank in encrypted format so that no one, not even the Punto Accessori srl employees, can access the data. From the technical point of view, we use the SSL protocol which applies the best information ciphering techniques for transmitting credit card data. The most common credit cards are accepted without any additional expense.
- Bank Transfer: Bank Transfer must be made, using the bank information provided in the purchase confirmation statement, within 3 (three) working days from the moment the order is placed. After 3 days, the order is voided. The Bank Transfer must indicate the order number and date, name and surname of the party that placed the order. The order is validated and expedited only after the credit has been received; normal banking processes for this take an average of 5/7 working days.
- C.O.D. : this way of payment is available only for delivery in Italy
Unless indicated differently by the Customer (courier subscription code for carriage forward, customer pick-up, etc.), Punto Accessori srl reserves the right to choose the method it deems best for shipping the products ordered. The goods are shipped at the purchaser’s risk. The final part of the purchase process has a special area where you can indicate your carrier and subscription code for carriage forward shipments. In this case no other additional cost is applied for the carrier. National shipments are performed free port by our express courier, chosen at our discretion, which will make the delivery within 2 working days anywhere in Italy except the islands which take 24/48 hours more.
Shipping costs within Italy are set at € 9.00 *
For international shipments Punto Accessori srl reserves the right to select the carrier it deems most appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
For destinations outside Italy, the shipping costs vary according to the country and are indicated at the end of the purchase procedure. *
* It remains understood that the shipping costs are calculated for an average estimated shipment. For Italy this is 10 Kg while for all other destinations it is up to 5-6 Kg. For multiple packages, very heavy or voluminous containers, the customer will be promptly contacted and informed of the real shipping costs. The vector will issue a separate invoice for customs and taxes applied for shipments outside the EEC; these items must be paid by the recipient.
At the time of delivery, we recommend checking that the package and seals are intact before signing the receipt and, if the outer packaging materials or product show signs of shipping damage, indicate the problem on the delivery receipt with the words “Accepted with reservations” with indication of the problem (package wet, partially open, squashed, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for shipping damages or theft if the receipt was signed without prior checking. Punto Accessori cannot be held responsible for any type of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, for any reason whatsoever. The customer can never demand, for any reason whatsoever, a discount on the total indicated in the invoice for incomplete deliveries or for defective products that were not indicated at the time of receipt.
As per Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 dated May 22, 1999 ― applying EEC Consumer Protection Directive 97/7 ― the purchaser has the right to withdraw or to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement for the costs sustained.
This right is reserved to Consumers and not to Companies or Professionals.
Procedure to exercise the right to cancel
The right to cancel requires sending written notification by Registered Letter within 10 working days of receipt of the goods expressing the decision to return the goods and documenting the reasons. The Customer must pay for return shipping.
After receiving our confirmation, the products can be returned to our site within 10 working days of their receipt, shipped by courier ― to be paid by the Customer ― as long as they are intact.
The Customer must insure the shipment against theft and shipping damages for an amount equal to the value indicated on the purchase invoice. If not, we reserve the right to draw down any damages from the amount to be refunded.
Punto Accessori srl shall charge off, without any additional charges, the amount paid for purchase of the product (whether through credit card or bank payment). This is normally done at the time the product is received, and in all cases within 30 days of communication of cancellation. Any delays in accrediting the sums are the responsibility of the credit card companies or the banks in cases of bank payments.
This guarantee does not cover special items, commissioned or customized articles.
